About NEBB

A Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) is trained to be an advocate for the correct value of machinery and equipment, not of any person or entity regardless of the purpose of the appraisal. We promise to always promote and hold our members accountable to the guidelines of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). We will be available to support our members as they develop defensible estimates of value for their clients who are typically lenders, attorneys, accountants and business owners.
